Yay for Cheese Curds!

If I’m going to have a blog named Curds and Yay it seems only natural that I provide you all with a recipe for my prize-winning cheese curds.  This is the recipe that won me a trip to the Super Bowl.  However, I must mention that it wasn’t the deliciousness of the curds that won me the trip.  It was the yummy greasy mess that needed to be soaked up in Bounty paper towels that won me the prize.

Here is the recipe, which was adapted from http://www.wisconsinmade.com.  If you can’t find beer or cheese curds from Wisconsin any substitute will do, but I can’t promise it will be as delicious as anything Wisconsin made.  However, if you want it to be prize-winning you must use Bounty and the proper hashtag…
